A beautiful 3 bedroom villa located directly opposite the sea front at Argaka. Within walking distance from the villa are several local tavernas and cafes and an Irish Pub which often has live music. Argaka is approximately 5 minutes drive from the town of Polis where one can find restaurants, banks and shops and the picturesque fishing harbour of Latchi famous for its fish tavernas is just 10 minutes drive away.

The villa has been furnished to the highest standard and no expense has been spared. Upon entering the villa you arrive in the large open plan living area with comfy leather sofas and an ornate stone fire place. There is a large flat screen TV, complete with satellite and DVD player. Moving through to the kitchen area it is fully equipped with modern stainless steel units which include a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. On the breakfast bar is a state of the art stereo system and adjacent is a dining suite which seats six persons. Also downstairs is a double bedroom with en-suite Jacuzzi bath and a guest WC completes the lower level.

Around the ground floor area are various doors which lead out onto the lower verandah and pool area. The pool is 9m x 4.5m and adjoins a 2m x2m splash pool which is suitable for small children and toddlers. Stylish sun beds and umbrellas are provided and there is an outside dining area with barbeque which is perfect for those al fresco evenings. A marble staircase leads to the upper level and at the top of the stairs is a utility area with a sink and washing machine. To the left is access to a large balcony which has comfortable chairs and a table – ideal for your morning coffee or pre-dinner drink while enjoying the stunning views.

Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs, one double and one twin. The double bedroom has doors leading out onto a side terrace which joins the main balcony and the twin bedroom has doors leading to the main balcony. Both bedrooms are en-suite and fitted with a modern self contained power shower which has steam, sauna and massage facilities and a seat and radio for extra comfort.
